Our RNs provide medical management and can help reduce the need for hospitalization. Nurses are legally authorized to fill your medication boxes and to administer medications. Nurses can provide full wound care and catheter management, chronic disease education, set up and monitor IV antibiotics, gastric tubes, and more.
- Documentation of a Medical Plan of Treatment for In-Home Skilled Care (RN only)
- Assessment, Evaluation, and Documentation of an Activities of Daily Living Plan of Care (RN only)
- Regularly report to client’s Physician
- Evaluation of client's physical and emotional status
- Evaluation on client's family and household to determine how they can cope and care for their loved one
- Carry out Physician's medical plan of treatment which may include but not be limited to:
- Monitor of complex health conditions
- Assistance with medical equipment
- Infusion Therapy (IVs)
- Catheters
- Colostomy, ileostomy
- Tube Feeding
- Dressing Changes
- Wound Care
- Teaching about care (injections, suctioning, new diagnosis, etc.)
- Medication Administration
- Medication Management
- Trach Care
