Veteran Enhanced Pension with Aid & Attendance

What is Aid & Attendance?

In 1952, Congress passed Title 38 of the United States Code, creating what we now call the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and authorizing benefits for veterans. One of these benefits is the non-service connected enhanced pension with Aid and Attendance.

Aid & Attendance is for wartime veterans or their surviving spouses and assists with the costs of home health care, assisted living, or adult daycare. This benefit is a tax-free entitlement.

Applying for this pension can be a daunting task and we are here to help through the entire process.
