Our Team

Finding and managing care for yourself or a loved one can be time-consuming and confusing. At Home Care, Recharged we understand that researching home care isn’t something you probably do every day. We also recognize that dealing with an illness, injury, or even changes in the ability to do things you or a loved one used to be able to do can be frustrating and stressful.

Our professional team at Home Care, Recharged is not only trustworthy and reliable but also knowledgeable and experienced. With an intimate understanding of what you are dealing with today, they are ready to assist you and your loved one plan for a better tomorrow.

Cynthia Tieche

Owner/operator

Cynthia Tieche has been in the health and fitness industry for more than fifteen years. With the help of her husband, she founded Recharge Clinic, and has enjoyed being able to impact patients lives through innovative medical treatments while providing an old-fashioned feeling of compassionate medical care. Cynthia believes in treating patients like family, and has set up their company to show that from the first impression all the way to the last. With three Recharge Clinics, she continued to open a pharmacy to fulfill the needs of their patients; Recharge RX, located in Ocala, Florida. After seeing a need for more extensive procedures for their patients that could not be done in office, Cynthia utilized one of their clinics to build out an Operating Room and Recovery Room and now offers Plastic Surgery to their patients as well. After seeing the impact that COVID had on her local community assisted living facilities, and the inability to have loved ones visit them, she realized her next mission. Cynthia decided more home health and home help was needed to keep loved ones home, but still get the assistance and health care needed. She created Home Care, Recharged. Cynthia loves building and growing businesses, building up staff to their full potential, and seeing the impact she has on the communities she works with. In Cynthia’s free time, she loves to spend time with her family, work out, and most importantly, thank God for everything.

Bonnie Tieche

Recruitment and Retention Specialist

Bonnie Tieche moved to Ocala in 1975, where she attended early elementary school at Oak Griner Baptist Church. Bonnie attended Marion County Public schools and is a proud graduate of Vanguard High. “Today, all three of my children are also Vanguard High Graduates. Go Knights!”.

Bonnie says, “I was a late bloomer and was unsure of what I wanted to do growing up”. In October of 2000, she was with her husband in the NICU at UF Shands Hospital with their baby. “An angel in the form of our Case Manager sat beside us. She offered her expertise, a helping hand, and most importantly a smile”. Bonnie realized then that everything was much more manageable, “That’s when it hit me. This is what I want to do, I want to help others too. Somehow.”

In 2014, Bonnie graduated from Rasmussen College with her AA in Human Service. She began her career, doing what she always wanted to do, helping women and their families at the Ocala Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Center. “Life with a child with medical needs has a way of making life’s path more of an adventure. While I had poured my everything into juggling my family’s needs and schedules, it was helping those in need that not only helped me grow professionally, but emotionally and spiritually as well.”

Bonnie’s career path has allowed her to help people of all ages, different stages of life. Today she is our Recruitment and Retention Specialist. Matching the right people to provide the quality care we offer is just a part of the role. Bonnie also mentors and encourages our team to become the best version of themselves. With this full circle in life experience, we know we have an angel on our team too!
